Gabriele Frattarola review about company 215 Roofing Pros

Don't waste your time. I called to get an estimate for a chimney repair and was able to schedule one next day for the morning. I call them in the morning to confirm the appointment, and they can't make it till the end of the day. Called them later in the day to get a better idea of their arrival time and was told that it "wasn't worth his time" to come give me an estimate because he didn't think I was going to commit to getting the work done. I'm pretty sure any normal person gets at least 2 estimates on a job and picks the best deal for them. The person I spoke with was completely unprofessional and rude to me on the phone when I was trying to understand why I wasn't worth his time. I would NEVER recommend this company for anything ever. Completely unprofessional and rude to their customers.
