Michael Kenady review about company D-One Construction Services

So we have been dealing with D-One Construction Services on a project that we did Asbestos abatement on. D-One Construction Services was hired by the homeowner to oversee the entire rebuild project after we were done with our abatement, Which was fine by us since we don't do rebuilds. So the insurance company cut a check for the entire amount of our abatement invoice before we started the project, so we new when we had completed the project we would be paid in full. Well that's not how it went down at all. We completed the project Oct 23rd and requested all funds to be released to us as our invoice is due upon completion. After making many attempts and getting the run around for over a month we final got a payment for Half of the job. We called again and asked where our other half of the payment was and they stated they were waiting on funds from the insurance company. I reminded them that the insurance company had paid the total invoice in full at the beginning. The Secretary stated David would have to answer those questions as she had no clue about it. We have called about our additional payment with the same run around excuses. So I called and told the Secretary that I will be calling and letting the Homeowner know that we will be filling a lien on her house because of D-One Construction Services not paying the bill. I advised her to have David drop of the remaining balance on Friday and I will stop the process or to call me and I will meet him to get the check. No call and still no money from them because D-One Construction Services will not pay the bill. Stay away unless you want these issues.
