Michael G review about company Results Handyman Service

Over the period of six weeks, these contractors came to my home twice. This company had ample time to complete the required work, and multiple jobs still remain incomplete. After three confirmations from the last contractor, I was stood up. I found out later that the owner told the contractor at the last minute not to come and nobody even let me know. So, I was intentionally stood up! After this, the contractor was not honest with me. The owner, Steve Ford, NEVER returned my calls. I am forced to find another contractor to finish this work in my home. I would never use Results Handyman Service again nor can I recommend this company's services to anyone. -- How your response to my first comment, above, justifies some extremely poor choices about this situation is beyond me. Steve did not call me back at all! Your company clearly has no interest in accepting responsibility for your employee's and owner's zero attention to accountability.
