Jim @ Weatherguard ROCKS!!! Enough said :-) I had a leak in my roof so I contacted Weatherguard. They dispatched Jim to assess the repair and provide an on-the-spot estimate. Pricing was good and Jim gave me an honest assessment. Ever heard the term "do what you say, and say what you do?" Well that is Jim. Said he would be there Friday morning to begin the repair and he was. Said it would take half a day and it did. Said he would repair all damage - even if he finds more - and he did. No extras charges, no hidden fees, no "i cant make it today," and no excuses. Most importantly the repair was done right. I told Jim "I'm not gonna pay you until after I hose down the repair area for 30-minutes with my garden hose!" To which he replied "No worries, I'll even turn on the water for ya" Haha The job was done right! I will be recommending Jim and Weatherguard Roofing from now on!
