Amanda McMullan review about company Tallent Roofing - McKinney

Not the best experience. I was referred by my insurance company, they came out and did my estimate. I asked if I could do a payment plan before moving forward. Jason’s reply was “let’s just get the roof on and then we will worry about payment”. I should have gone somewhere else right then but gave him the benefit of the doubt. During the installation my car was stuck in my garage behind their trailer, but they took the truck to another site across town. I ended up being over an hour late to work, was very patient, didn’t complain, and just wanted the job to be over with. Jason came back to the house a few times to get various signatures as well as my signature on the check from my insurance company, I asked again about payment plans. I was directed to the office who told me they do not accept payment plans. Well that’s just awesome. They send me to their financing office to try to set something up where we would be paying almost 10% interest. I just wanted a small payment plan of 3-4 payments, which I consistently asked for even before they fixed the roof. If I could go back I would go through a different company. I felt like the people setting up the job and the people in the office are absolutely not on the same page.
