Patricia Lawlor review about company Ram Siding Company Inc.

Beginning of November I called regarding an estimate on repairs to a gutter which was hanging off and fascia on my home. Someone called me on the 7th stating he looked at the job and gave me a price. I told him I wanted the work done and did he know when they could do it. He explained they were busy and it wouldn't be until after Thanksgiving, end of November. I agreed, he did say it was a small job and maybe they could get it done a little sooner if they were done another job earlier one day. I expected the job to be done by December after this conversation. When no one came to do the job by mid December I called and left voice messages with the service department twice requesting a call back re a date the work could be done. No response . I finally came to the conclusion that this company was not doing the repairs. I called another company who understood my plight, they gave me an estimate 2 days after I called and the job was completed in 6 days from my first call. Had Ram siding not wanted to do the job they should have just told me that from day 1.
