No one showed up to do the work. I agreed to the estimate and a start date. I even called to confirm but no one showed. I then talked to the owner and rescheduled. However, when I called to confirm the new start date, he said he couldn't make it and had not even ordered the materials. He tried to make excuses, saying he didn't have a down payment. I reminded him that he didn't ask for a down payment but if he had I would have written him a check. He then got very rude and hung up on me.
