I received an excellent service from start to finish. Tenants called with an issue with a flat roof on a rental property. The team who attended were extremely professional and called me to run me through the issue as I couldn’t attend. This was extremely helpful and I received a written quotation from the office within an hour which I accepted online. The roof was completed to a high standard, without any complications a smooth process from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and BPR to anyone, top lads, great company !
