Brent Goings review about company Pro Home Improvement

First, the estimater arrived at asked why we aren't having the roofers do the gutters. That is his business, but my husband told him they didn't do that. We understood that we both had to be there to meet for the quote afterward, and planned on doing so, but my husband had to leave unexpectedly at the last minute. We had both planned on being there for the meeting but something came up. I apologized, but was told that he couldn't talk with me alone, that we both had to be there. Not good customer service and I would not recommend this company for that reason alone.
