I would give them two stars if they completed the job; I’m still waiting (2 months now) for my flashing to be painted and for the garbage to be removed after I bagged up what was left all over my property - a couple hundred pounds worth of scrap shingles. Phil seems great at what he does, at first. I gave my deposit in January. Only contact we had for the next two months was me reaching out to see when the work would be done. Eventually work began on the roof and half the garbage was thrown to my tenants side of the house, the exact opposite of my request and agreement with the workers on site when they began. I met Phil for final payment when the job was “done”, but we found the shingles weren’t all on, the flashing wasn’t painted, and there was garbage everywhere. He said not to pay him yet. I met him again for the final payment after the missing shingles were installed. He said due to the rain he would have to have a guy come out when it got nicer and do the painting. I gave him the cheque that day in good faith and the only text I have even got back from him since then is “who is this?” Nothing further. DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL THEY ARE DONE
