I love in a 130 year old farm house with a crazy steep roof that has a ton of peaks and valleys. I also have a small yard in East Grand Rapids with neighbors close by on either side, and therefore materials had to be moved in and out without equipment. Finally, I put on ArtLoc shingles that require individual application, rather than the standard rectangle shingle mat than is nailed on. In other words, it was a very hard job, but I must say, my crew worked even harder, doing an amazing job. I had neighbors coming over for the two weeks they were there, commenting on their amazing work. In was spring and raining, so on the days it wasn't raining, they worked till 8 or 9 at night to get it done. They were not inexpensive, but the final roof looks fantastic.
