We accepted a bid from A Good Roof in May, 2018. Eight months later, after numerous excuses, our old roof was torn off. That was three weeks ago. Today is February 3, 2019. We still don't have a roof. We're listening to every excuse in the book and some outright lies as to why the work isn't done. And that's only when Klobas bothers to return your call or email. We're in Arizona for the winter. It's obvious Klobas thinks what we can't see doesn't matter. Thanks to relatives and neighbors with cameras, we're filing with the BBB today.
