John Pendlebury review about company Guaranteed Roofing and General Contracting

The Admin staff gave me a date of either Wed or Thurs when I contacted them on the Sat following the Friday wind storm to replace all the shingles lost. I re-contacted them again Wed morning to get an update, and was asked if there was plywood showing and how extensive the shingle loss was. There was plywood exposed and the shingle loss was extensive.The lady then kindly said she would make sure a team was there that day to do the repair in view of the rain storm predicted for that evening. Got home that evening, nothing was done. Contacted the company and left a voicemail. Then had to spend $50 at Home Depot getting a roll of plastic sheeting and spend the rest of the evening laying it down in my loft to protect my bedroom ceilings in case the water came through the plywood. Received a call back early the next morning apologizing the work was not done, then got a follow up call 30 mins later insisting the work had been done and they had photos to prove it and I would be getting a bill for it! Later that morning received a text saying they got the numbers on my street mixed up (even though I had stated my number clearly several times to them) and I would not be billed.Somebody on my street will be getting a bill they were not expecting. I would not recommend using this company in view of the experience I have had.
