Mike Lee review about company Sherriff-Goslin Roofing - Cincinnati, OH

Speaking about the Fairfield Ohio branch. We called three/four weeks ago and talked to Tom to get a quote on replacing the roof on a home we are buying. He told me he would be out there within a couple days. A week went by and we never heard anything so I had to call him again and he assured me he would be out there on Thursday of that second week. Once again we did not hear anything so I called him the third week and he said that he did go out to the home but he had not prepared the estimate yet and he did not remember any details about the house or the roof without seeing his notes at the office. He assured me I would have the estimate that same day or the next day. Now we are in the fourth week and I still have not heard anything from him. At this point we have chosen to never do business with this company. Horrible communication when we are trying to spend $15,000. There wasn’t one time he ever contacted me. All of our 4/5 conversations were me contacting him.
