Westin Smith review about company Parker Brothers Roofing

I didn't even get as far as a bid with this company. I was just inquiring about what type of commercial roofing they do and the woman taking my information was downright rude and snappy. When I did not understand which "contact person" she needed, being at the store or myself, she spoke very slowly as if speaking to someone hard of hearing. I decided if this is what you get up front what you get for service can't be much better and hung up.
