No response from Jason on a warranty claim after two emails and one phone call over the last couple months. The warranty issues were from an unfavorable inspector's evaluation of the roof's condition after being only 2 years old. The first owner already had to make one warranty claim within months of its original installation after there was a severe leak. I will re-evaluate this rating based on the actual work if they come out and fix the issue.
