Jay J. who comes to inspect and quote the work is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of roofs, materials, repairs, etc. He learned and mastered the trade before running more of the business end of the work which makes him a true expert in his field. We received quotes and initial visits from many nearby roofers before deciding to move forward with Bay, in large part because of Jay and his business acumen. The employees who come to the job are extremely professional in all manners of the work from showing up on time to cleaning up after themselves to a top notch repair job. I am thrilled with this company’s commitment to customer service and quality work.
