Michelle Chung review about company Sunlux

We got the solar panels installed through Sunlux a year and a half ago. Their quoted price was the lowest compare to 3 other solar companies. Their price is good, but everything else is not good. It took them 3.5 months for them to install and activate (should've been completed in 1-2 month max). Then something went wrong in 3 months and didn't generate power for 2 months, and they didn't even contact us of the issue for a month and a half since the issue started. Now the 12 month have passed and Edison charged me over $400 for the power usage off the grid, and now I'm having a difficult time talking to Sunlux to reimburse me the amount. The hardest part is that their customer service is rock bottom. They try to intimidate you, try their best to not reimburse the amount when their home agreement clearly shows the production guarantee. When Sunlux salesperson comes to you, don't trust everything he or she says. I made a mistake with going with Sunlux because the quoted prices was the lowest. But now I'm spending hours and hours on the phone and emails trying to correct the issues. Don't make the same mistake I made.
