George Hinojosa review about company JC Roofing & Remodeling

Edited: We are planning to pursue a lawsuit for damages We got our roof done in Oct. 2016, on Aug. 05, 2017 we noticed water stains on our ceiling in our front room. We called on Aug. 07, 2017 and no one answered the phone, several calls were made and they didn't answer once. Drove to the business on Aug. 17, 2017 and spoke to Jennifer, she said she would send someone to our house on Aug. 19, 2017 - no one ever showed up that day. Called Jennifer on Aug. 21, 2017 and she promised to investigate why no one showed up and call when she had an answer. She never called back. Leading up to today I've gone by the business, no one answered the door, I've also left several phone messages and haven't received any response at all. Today is Aug. 28,2017 when I called the office the machine wasn't accepting anymore calls!!!!!! Will keep everyone posted - and yes, my roof is still leaking! Due to their inability to respond to my roofing problems and upholding their warranty in a timely manner, I was forced to go with another roofer to prevent further damage and fix what JC Roofing wouldn’t. This breach of our agreement has caused my family a lot of stress and monetary costs, and so I am forced to soon pursue a suit against them to recoup the full cost of my roof (as what they gave me was defective in the first place), the cost of hiring another provider to repair the damage, and the cost of the rest of my 10 year warranty that can no longer be used (and which I would not trust if it could be), which I will allocate to another warranty provider for any future roofing needs
