Called them for a roof repair. Discussed the problem. Said they would call me back to schedule an appointment. Acted like it was an inconvenience for them to come out to my neighborhood. 2 weeks later, no call back. Awful customer service. I can't believe they stay in business with service like that. Called advanced roofing instead and they were out the very next day.
