Astrea Krug review about company Scott Bauer Roofing & Siding Inc

I called at 8:56 am on a Monday and told them it was raining in my house from a HOLE in the roof. They promised to fix it on Tuesday or Wednesday, and said it wasn't supposed to rain until Thursday. I was okay with that and cancelled the other appointment I had with another company for Thursday. I received no call on Tuesday, which was okay: they still had Wednesday before it was supposed to rain. By 11:37 am Wednesday, I had no call yet. I called the company and told the woman I was nervous because it was going to rain the next day and there's a HOLE in my roof. She promised he'd get to it that day. She called me at 2:02 pm later that day to say he was trying to get to all his appointments, but he might not get to mine. I reminded her of the HOLE in my roof and she once again promised he'd be there. Well, they never showed up and it's Thursday 2:15 pm, and as I write, it has been raining in my house all day, since 3 am. I never got a call saying they would not be there. I don't know why they did not think the HOLE in my roof was not important enough to fix or why they ignored me. I was so courteous on the phone. I have come to believe my neighbors who had the nice, efficient workers had used the other Bauer Roofing Company "the original Bauer Roofing Company," also located in Dayton. I do not recommend working with this company. As I write this, it is raining in my house because of a HOLE they promised they would fix (three times), and did not. This kind of work took only 30 minutes the last time this came up (5 years ago) and they could not even be bothered for that.
