Dana Derrick review about company Dehling Voigt, Inc.

I had a warranty...apparently those aren't worth anything these days. I had requested that the owner or manager call me ASAP and I've been waiting for months now for them to call. All I keep getting is a bill with added past due fees instead of an explanation from someone that could actually remember my name. $310 for a patch job that 3 previous employees couldn't find with a warranty that doesn't count for anything...please call me!
