Avoid at all cost!!! Horrible. Called to get a quote on roof work. Was told they would get back to me. She was unspecific. I asked for 24 hour notice to be here for them. Guy calls while I was out and said he'd be over in 10 mins. Seriously? No warning, no calls the day before. Called them to ask why and was told too bad, essentially and that he could not come back later. I told them I had no way of knowing and that short of notice was not adequate and very unprofessional. Next, I'm handed to a "supervisor" who began shouting me down, not listening to one word. Do NOT use this company until they clean house and serve the customer! Will never, ever contact them again. I do not need their insulting, contempt for their customers.
