When a leak surfaced in our master bedroom, we reached out to him since he had worked previously on our garage roof and was a trusted resource. Not only did he make the time to come out and look at the problem right away, but once out here, quickly identified the issue, ran out to buy material, and dealt with the situation by patching the area on the roof — AT NO COST! For us, Kirill and KVN Construction are top-of-mind when it comes to ANYTHING relating to our roof. Very highly recommended.
