We contacted A&M Home Services to evaluate our current roof condition and help us understand why we had evidence of water on an upstairs dormer with vaulted ceiling. Josh Fairchild came to our house at the appointed time and gave us a reasonable professional assessment of our roof and other potential causes for the moisture we observed. It turns out that the current roof did not have problems and that the likely cause of the moisture was condensation from a poorly vented ceiling structure. I appreciate the honest assessment and the fact they did not try to sell me on a roof change that would not resolve my problems. I trust A&M Home Services to be fair and professional in the way they conduct business and would have no problem with them being on my property.
