Save yourself a major headache and having the owner hang up on you when you ask for him to come back and fix what he didn't fix in the first place, afterall there is a labor warranty on the work, supposedly. Just spent $1100 fixing roof again, sheetrock in a ceiling and carpeting a floor because of VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and because it wasn't fixed right away, and when asked to remedy the situation, the owner became very rude and hung up on us. Will make sure everyone knows to avoid this roofing company. Any good reviews on this site have got to be friends that are trying to help this guy improve his reputation. How about teaching him about good workmanship and customer service? I only gave Rivas a one-star because there was no minus-star option. I see local community blogs and he is NEVER recommended on those--that tells you something!
