Claudette Albright review about company Skywalker Roofing Company

I called to make an appointment for Skywalker roofing to come to my home on July 5th 2019 to go up on my roof with my insurance company it was confirmed on July 3 at 12:43 pm today July 5th no Skywalker roofing but my insurance company is here waiting to go up with them so I called the office and talked to Kimberly she put me on hold and then came back to say that I didn’t confirm the appointment and when I tried to explain to her I did confirm the appointment she hung up on me so I called back again she hung up on me again then I called back for the third time and asked to speak to her Supervisor, John who said I didn’t confirm the appointment, which I did and I have proof that I confirmed. This is bad business and poor customer service, I will never ever call them again maybe they drank to much on the 4th of July but that’s no excuse to hang up on people and not show up for an appointment that was made two weeks ago.
