Larry Jabtecki review about company SchramCo Construction and Restoration, Inc.

This company is a bunch of scammers. We subcontracted them to frame a house in Trenton. They took the 2nd draw and ran for the hills, they would not return phone calls or text messages for a week, and when they did respond, there was always an excuse, from dianes dad being very sick, to a miscommunication on when the truss where arriving. The funniest one was when she told me they wouldn't come back to set truss, until the windows were on site. They went nearly ready to even set truss. They did about $3,000.00 worth of work and took me for $8,700.00 bucks, via draws. They talk the talk, I should have trusted my gut, but I gave them a shot, it will all catch up with them. Channel 7 is doing a special on them very soon, they have found them working on a house in Wixom, on Potter Rd. I feel bad for that builder and homeowner. At the end of the day, they ripped my company off for about $5,700.00 but what's worse is they made me look like a loser in front of a very good custom home builder who actually is the kind of customer we in the business enjoy working. Also, I can walk around town with worrying about running into someone I ripped off. Good luck to them framing anywhere downriver.
