Ramon Jaraca review about company Ridge Runner Roofing

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hired Shane Clark two weeks ago to give an estimate on a re-roofing job. He came out the following day and measured the roof. He left without discussing details with me, which I thought a bit strange since the other two roofing bids spent some time with me to go over options, materials, etc. I waited several days for Mr. Clark's estimate. On days 4-6 I called and left messages requesting an update, but received no reply. Day seven I went to his office. He wasn't there but the secretary was nice enough to try to call him—no answer. She assured me he was okay and was in the office that week. I left my name and number. Day eight I returned there and missed him once again. Now, I understand that a roofing contractor is more often than not out on a job, but when I asked someone in the office if he could help track down my estimate, he shrugged his shoulders and suggested I give it another "week or two." Compared to the few other contractors who provided estimates, Mr. Clark's customer service is a big fail. A simple call saying he'd been delayed but would get the estimate to me within x amount of time, would have been welcome. Instead, I delayed proceeding with the work for several days for no good reason. Was my job was too small? Whatever the reason, it would have professional of him to call instead of being left in the lurch. Very strange.
