David Alexander review about company Roofing by James Brockwell & Sons

Nightmare Scenario. I wish I could give negative stars. We hired this guy for a pretty big job on our home. He committed to installing a new roof, installing several windows and building a couple of porches, etc. I will just say that this was the worst renovation experience I have ever had. The people working for James did not know what they were doing. The workmanship was poor. They were the messiest crew I have ever had work on any house I have ever owned. They all looked like they had just crawled out of a dumpster somewhere. All James did was complain the entire time he was here (on the days he actually showed up). He said that all of his help had drug problems and a couple had just got out of prison! Scary! Eventually, James just disappeared without finishing the job. In fact, he did not complete any of the things he was hired to do. We were stuck with many thing that were halfway done or done incorrecly. I called his secretary several times. They led me to believe that they would be bcan to finish. I finally gave up after the 4th month! This in not a reputable business! This is some Yahoo who has no idea what he is doing. I wish I would never have let him touch my home. I would stongly encourage anyone who is considering hiring James Brockwell to go elsewhere. In fact, run in the opposite direction. With the way they operate, I'm certain that they will be out of business soon. You have been warned...
