I was really looking forward to working with KDCO. My first phone call with, I believe, the owner was very positive and professional. We scheduled a meeting for the estimate at 3pm on Thursday. At 3:20pm on Thursday I called the company to find out if the contractor had gotten lost, since they hadn't shown up. I was told that someone would call me back. I waited around the house until 4pm, but they never showed up. And it's now Tuesday evening, and I still haven't received a callback.
