Austin Street review about company Swedes Roofing
Not sure if this even warrants a 1 star... should be zero stars.. They advertise a "free estimate" for hail damage on roofs. I called and scheduled an appointment with one of their techs "Rick" who decided to not even show up to the requested appointment time or even bother calling me to let me know he couldn't make it. I reached out several other times to try and make a new appointment giving them the benefit of a doubt that they were busy. All of my attempts were shot down by their female secretary who mentioned she would speak with "Rick" only to be forgotten. Overall, I believe their piss poor customer service has lost them a possible roof hail repair customer. I was first excited to see a company with "over 40 years of experience" but was left disappointed by how little they actually care for potential customers.
