The entire flat roof section of our home needed to be replaced and numerous clay tiles reset in the front. The work required considerable expertise. I needed a company that really had experience with Florida's multiple roofing configurations, materials and approaches. After searching for more than a year for a reputable, quality roofer contractor we found BAYSIDE ROOFING PROFESSIONALS working in our neighborhood. From the very start, I could tell this was a quality company. Within 24 hours Patrick Hloska, Sr. was at my house to inspect the roof. Before leaving, we had an actual bid in hand with multiple options. (Other roofers waited days to deliver a bid and in some cases, no bid at all.) Pat, Sr. was transparent in every way discussing the work I wanted and my options. Because the classic flat, black bitumen roof is a heat generator (and very old-school), I needed a more contemporary energy-efficient approach. Bayside Roofing Professionals knew exactly what to do. As promised, the three-man crew showed up early on the set day and over the course of several days (this was a fairly large job) never missed a beat. I hardly ever saw them take a break. And with all the debris, one will be happy to know there was very little mess. These guys are organized, hard working, professional and polite. In addition to removing every inch of the old roof, the crew from Bayside Roofing placed insulated panels that varied in height to pitch water off the roof, eliminating all standing water while dramatically increasing my home's cooling efficiency. Additionally, we opted for two solar-powered attic fans to further remove heat from within. Again, the experts at Bayside Roofing Professionals knew exactly what to do. After completion, there was some minor follow-up and without hesitation, everything was addressed quickly. Unlike many other roofing companies, when I called Bayside Roofing, someone actually answers the phone! The office staff is friendly and professional and has done everything I've asked for. Honestly, no one looks forward to the expense of replacing a roof. But I'm glad we found Bayside Roofing. My experience has been very positive and they've displayed honesty, responsiveness, professionalism and overall very high quality standards.
