I had shingles and a type of gutter shield placed on my gutters in April of 2017. In my contract I was to receive an extra pack of shingles. Fred ignored two phone calls requesting them. There are four segments of the gutter shield that aren't flush with each other. This will allow debris to get into the gutter and clog it up at the downspout. Because of the gutter shield it will almost be impossible to clean out. I also notice a small stream of water flowing down between the fascia and gutter. I called Fred twice to come out to look. He never showed. ( I ran a bead of chalking between the gutter and fascia myself and solved the problem). The roof itself looks very nice. I have noticed no problems with it so far.
