Christian Berry review about company M.H. White Roofing, Siding & Windows Co.

Customer beware, these guys perform a great disappearing act! I had Jim come out to give me an estimate for a garage roof replacement on my new house, seemed like a nice guy. Only catch was i was using money in a 203k program (money held in escrow as part of my mortgage) so there's a little more paperwork involved but it's guaranteed money. After speaking with Jim about it, he said it would be no problem to work with. Needless to say after SEVERAL unreturned emails, texts, and phone calls, Jim fell off the face of the earth. I do service work for a living and under no circumstances is it EVER acceptable to just go MIA on a customer. If something changes or you change your mind, at least have the B**LS to respond. Seriously shady business right there.
