My husband rang Dennis on the Sunday of the bank holiday weekend because our flat roof had sprung a leak. Dennis said he would send someone to look at it on Monday and let us have a quote within half an hour. At the end of the call he said he was in Majorca but not to worry that’s what he’s in business for to help. On Monday,a bank holiday, Dennis arrived in the afternoon direct from the airport. That’s dedication. He sent us a quote within the half hour we accepted and his lads turned up at 8.30am on Tuesday.they worked none stop, with just a short break for lunch and finished the job spot on 12.00noon on Wednesday. The job is superb with a 20 year guarantee. There is no mess apart from a hole in the ceiling which needs plastering. The lads were pleasant, courteous and hard working. A credit to the firm. The price was reasonable and Dennis delivered what he promised which is unusual as most tradesmen mess you about, not Dennis. So, if your looking to have your roof repaired look no further.
