Nancy Wheeler review about company Northtown Construction, Inc.

Great Company! Honest People! I'm a single woman and had my roof done by another company two years ago. The other company wouldn't warranty their work when the roof leaked after that bad storm here in Lansing. I later found out they went out of business. But the good news is that Northtown Construction sent out a man named Pat who took compassion on our situation. He inspected everywhere... he even went inside my attic which no other company did that. Pat wanted to take off the entire roof because he said he doesn't know if the other company did the work right... He's the only one that said that, but I'm glad we listened because we found out the previous company didn't use any Ice Blocker. I have had a lot of work done, but this company showed up when they said, they cleaned up everything, the project didn't go one cent over, and in fact Pat gave me front gutters for free to help with some water that was leaking in my basement. I even got a call checking up on the work after I paid. I was worried since I'm a single woman, but this company cares about the customer and goes above and beyond.
