Paulette Paglia review about company Jack's Roofing Company, Inc.

If I could rate no stars I would. Jack's "Roofing" Company hires conman because they're not a reputable company. There is absolutely no other reason any legitimate contractor would hire such an employee. One such conman pretending to be a roofer was sent to our home to repair a small section of our roof causing a leak. The chain smoking conman set up a ladder: 4 minutes. Went up to our roof: 6 minutes. Came down and removed his ladder: 2 minutes. Knocked on our front door and requested payment for pretending to have repaired our roof in less than 12 minutes. His conman play-acting job cost us $500. I foolishly paid it knowing he could not have patched our roof that quickly unless he used duct tape - which is probably exactly what he did. Within a few days our roof leaked in the same exact spot. When I called to request they send someone different to actually do the work, like a real qualified roofer, the woman informed me that their work is NOT guaranteed unless they replace the entire roof! Do NOT hire this dishonest company. Let my mistake save you time and your money.
