R Soriano review about company Titans RoofWorks Inc.
We had roof leak on March 10, 2019 as result of strong wind and heavy rain. I immediately contacted Titans on Sunday morning to investigate and find the root cause. Few hours later I received 2 emails from the Shawn(owner) and Cait. They assured me that their team will come Monday morning at 8:00 AM for a site visit. Long story short, team member came on time to find the root cause and Cait provided estimate for the work. Service from Titans Roofworks has been excellent and prompt from the time they replaced my roof shingles about 2 years ago to date. Over the last 2 years, I have called them twice for site visit to seek their expert advise and they always came promptly. Highly recommended!
