CTI Houston review about company Expert Contracting Firm

Original complaint; We are a local concrete contractor hired by "expert" contracting - Roman was the point of contact. They have a balance of a $1000 and did not want to pay it, when I asked for the the payment he told me to "sue him or kill him or leave his office". We are not the suing/killing type so we left it at that. We will no longer work for this company as they are either incompetent at bidding/estimating/managing jobs or they are purposelessly cheating their subs and clients. Either way take caution when dealing with this firm. Update/response: I did not show up unannounced, I was invited to view plans and discuss the balance due, also Roman came to our office 1st to drop off plans then invited me to visit to discuss. We told "expert" that we wouldn't quote any more jobs until the balance was paid off. My statements are 100% true I have no reason to lie... Roman with "expert..." should just quit construction instead of making excuses and leaving a trail of disastify clients and subs.
