Cody Haze review about company Aspen Roofing & Siding

I would never recommend this company due to the communication issues with the owner. Excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't answer the calls my wife made or work with her to handle issues with a bad original quote - the quote did not line up with what we expected to be done. With that said, when I was able to contact him after we offered to pay more than the orignal quote to get the work done that we wanted, he felt that it was a good decision to disrespect my wife and say how he wishes he would have spoken to me first about the matter of siding my house because "She doesn't seem to know what she's talking about although she seems like a nice woman." Unbelievable when I had heard and seen every bit of communication she had with the company and she was perfectly clear with what we wanted done. It is a shame, because the worker's were absolutely fantastic, respectful and did a great job. If I could have hired them directly I would have because they were the only thing positive out of the experience - they made sure things were done right and the house looks great despite what it took for us to get to that point.
