Christopher Moressi review about company Pa's Construction, LLC

The original roof that was used when the house was built needed replaced. I had ~12 quotes from different companies. It was interesting, there was an elevated price variance in the “cost-at-finish” estimates. Pa’s came out to have the best estimate for the material and labor. The owner gave me an estimate, and stuck to it after I made a couple changes. We decided to go with a metal roof (Decra XD shake). It was a little more expensive, but certainly well worth it given the discount on the homeowners insurance we got, and it looks great. Also it give a great peace of mind in the event we get hail or high winds (over here we do all the time). The owner responded VERY quickly to all my e-mails and always answered my calls. The Manager was always on site which was very nice. He was great to manage the job to complete it in a timely fashion. Also, it was great to have the cost not go over the estimate! Overall, Pa’s Roofing and Construction Co does quality work. We are very satisfied with our new roof.
