Casey Steinbach review about company Snyder Roofing

I wouldn't even give these people one star. Took over 6 weeks for my bay window to get here. Then took the two incompetent higher then a kite employees over 5 hours to try putting it in. Resulting in my husband having to call a family friend to come by and check their work while they were on lunch telling us they had the whole frame in upside down. The list is a mile long of things that weren't done right. Having to kick them out. And still haven't been able to reach the contractor Eric due to him ignoring all our calls and messages. Resulting in us loosing our money and having to pay more money for someone else to come out and finish the job. BEWARE OF SALESMEN WHO ARE GREAT AT SELLING COMPANY PRODUCT. BUT HORRIBLE QUALITY AND SERIVICE. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND WAY OVER CHARGED.
