Couldn't get scheduled. Maybe they didn't want the job (repair)? Very confusing because I said I could book out two weeks but she kept saying she would try to squeeze me in, then they never showed up, nor returned my text to reschedule. I called a week later and she said she sets the schedule every day and they are very busy, she can't schedule an appointment. I guess they can't schedule an appointment more than a day out. She suggested I call another company. Frustrating because they come highly recommended by friends.
