I filled out a web contact form in the spring to have someone contact me for an estimate. No one contacted me. Finally I called 4 days later and they said they would send someone out to do an estimate and that it would take a few weeks. Then strangely, the estimator called the next day, on a Saturday to say he was on his way to do the estimate. My husband was home and he spoke to him after inspecting and said he needed to give the information to the office to have someone give me a quote. Another week went by and I heard nothing. I initiated another call and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that getting the estimate can take a few weeks after the contractor comes out and that he would have someone call me. 2 more weeks went by (again NO contact from them whatsoever) and then I called back and asked about the quote and was told that the owner was out of the country and so quotes were delayed but that they would get back to me right away now that he has returned. It's been 2 months since the first person looked at my roof and I STILL have not gotten any contact, call or quote. Very disappointing. You should certainly not have to chase a company around to try to get your business.
