Completely cheated us. We paid them in advance to fix a leakage in our roof. They said a technician will call us to fix the appointment within 2 days. We never heard from them for a week. When we called them back we were told that our appointment will be for the week after. But the next week were told that the technicians were already at our property the week before. When we told them that we still have the leakage they said that they can do nothing about it and they just cleaned our eavestrough which was not our issue in the first place. We believed all the other reviews and believed this company and paid them upfront. Now we have been cheated and lost $1000 and still with a leaky roof.
