B Roddy review about company Tadlock Roofing

The gentleman who did our estimate was very professional, courteous, and honest. The roofers who did the job were excellent. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs. However, there were two things that occurred that I have to mention. One, they took a long time to get to work. They told us about two weeks wait time, but it was almost a good month and a half after the initial estimate before they showed up to work. Second, I was getting my roof redone through an insurance claim and they said that they would inform us of any extra repairs so we can get with our insurance company and add it to our cost. They had to replace two sheets of plywood and we were not informed until after the job was done. We had to pay the extra cost out of pocket, which wasn't a lot, but was unexpected. Other than those two issues, they did an amazing job on our house.
