Paul with GenX recommended a creative, cutting edge fix on the leaky roof of our commercial building in McHenry. Rather than tear off and replace the entire roof as most other contractors suggested, he recommended a product his company is certified in that coats the entire roof and includes a great warranty from the manufacturer for materials AND labor, at a huge cost savings. Paul was patient with our due diligence during the bidding process, beat out another bid for the same product, and made sure we had all info needed to make a good decision. Will use the company again.
