Aaron Bates review about company The Roof Center, A Beacon Roofing Supply Company

I've dealt with the roof center of over 10 years but this one specifically was serious discouraging. The people behind the desk are NOT helpful and don't have the sales attitude they should. It took hours and another center to expedite my business application that they acted like it's always been that way but they were just bought out by Beacon so the entire system has changed. You shouldn't treat your customers like they're idiots when you don't even know what you're talkin about and then you sell them a 10 x 10 sheet of EPDM but you cut the damn thing 9 by 10. Stupid mistakes like that cost us contractors several HUNDRED DOLLARS wasting another day dealing with people that CAN'T do there jobs properly and we SHOULDN'T have to double check simple things like that especially when it took several hours to even make the purchase.
