The initial sale felt kind of pressured, but the rest of the experience was fantastic. They met a competitor’s price, followed special requests (like me keeping dug up dirt, & leaving it on a tarp). Sundance kept to their time frame. They were above board, following codes & regulations. Sundance Homes goes above & beyond to make the client feel like a valued member of the team. They model the behavior you would hope for in a local, family owned company. I have already recommended their work to friends.
